@ in MS Teams Side Conversations

When posting to an MS Teams channel via ZenDesk Side Conversations, the @ functionality does not carry over.

In my example, we have a channel to work with escalation teams.  We now use ZenDesk Side Conversations to post to that MS Teams channel.  Using @L2 or @L3 allows a notification to be sent to those teams.  However, when using ZenDesk Side Conversations to post; it only comes across as plain text and does not translated into an alert.

Not a critical problem, but would save us the step of leaving ZenDesk the ZenDesk tab and going to that conversation in MS Teams just to reply in order to tag @L2 or @L3
