Articles in help center showing twice to end users

Help!

We have never had this issue until now. From the author's end, everything shows correct. When our end users click on sections the questions are showing twice. It list the questions, then list them again. 

 

Example: 

(section) Concert 

(number of articles) 5

End user sees: Concert, 10 articles (5 questions, listed twice) 

1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,

 

 

Does ANYONE know how to fix this? Chat support has been no help.
