In the past couple of days, the Zopim Chat widget has been blocked in all of the major browsers. Testing in Chrome using a Guest window, which is extension-free, the chat widget works as expected.

I looked into the open ticket you mentioned, and it appears one of our agents replied, and it is currently set to pending. They are asking for you to permit them to access the file you shared. Once this has been completed, they will be able to look into this issue further and deliver a potential solution.
