[ARCHIVED] Zendesk shows 'Please make sure your JIRA instance's SSL certificate is installed correctly, and the root certificate is in place.' message

After updating the SSL website certificate on Nginx for Jira.
We found that there is an error message shown in the https://server_url/plugins/servlet/com.zendesk-zendesk_for_jira/page/configure as follows:
 
Please make sure your JIRA instance's SSL certificate is installed correctly, and the root certificate is in place. Or contact Zendesk support if you have any questions.
 
Could you please help check it out?
