[ARCHIVED] Zendesk phone issue

Hi , We have encountered a phone instance where we initiate an outbound call on zendesk and it only rings once then ends .   We try on another phone not linked to zendesk and it calls the client . We tried this a few times and found it happens to all of us regarding the zendesk platform phone . Is there a possible fix for this and what could the issue be . 

This does not happen to all outbound calls but to the majority of them .
