I have recently started updating the webforms for our users to enter information within their tickets to help organize and assist them. However this newly updated webform does not seem to be working for one of our brands.
I have made sure to remove any web form associated with the brand itself and it seems still be using the generic Web form (Subject, Description, Email).
Please note its only applying to only one of our brands, for the other brands that have had this new webform attached they work fine.
