We wanted to add a ticket / request form on the web widget. We're using the widget on our website and would like to accept requests directly from the widget for logged in users. We have enabled the contact form in the web widgets section and also the Ticket form (that will override the Contact form). However, we're still only able to see the contact form and not the ticket request.

The later one helps up open tickets (requests) directly from the widget, how can I integrate it into my widget?
