I don't see how it's possible to accomplish Point no 12 in jira.

Need this done on an urgent basis. But I'm not able to see how I can create jira issue from zendesk and vice versa.
Speaking to local zendesk team didn't work. They're more interested in sales than support.
Did anyone figured out a way around?
