Hello,

I'm using the answer bot web widget, but it doesn't work as expected.

I tried to isolate the problem by myself, but it seems that Japanese labels are not working.

I'm asking zendesk support.
Wait for support to respond.

Answered that chat is not something to be used with keywords.
