Hello everyone. 

This looks silly, but for some reasons, that I am not aware of, I can not set up a favicon for my support account. I am just hoping, that setting up a favicon is not one of the “zendesk premium features”!

 

I have tried the smallest sized possible from 16*16, 20*20, 29*29, 32*32 and more. So far, one of them works. 

 

Once I upload and click on save, it looks like a white rectangle and/or like a question mark.

Try a 500px x 500px .png

It does not work at all.
