Hello!

Looking at documentation https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408835086106-Using-Zendesk-Support-advanced-search, it says "If submitting multiple search terms, search has a default AND behavior, rather than an OR behavior."

I did following search:   status:open participant:<email address>

My expectation was to get the open side conversations where participant was involved, that is the 2 conditions were working in AND.

The actual result is quite strange to me: I get all open side conversations (not only the ones where participant is involved) and the ones with the participant are listed first.

Please, is it possible to get the conditions working in AND?

Could you also explain the reason for the ticket listed by participant in the side conversation as first?
