[ARCHIVED] Request for guidance on applying the 14-day trial theme

Hi,

My team is trying to set up Zendesk Guide solution.

I was able to create a Zendesk Guide for my team using the default theme.

Before purchasing a theme license, I want to apply 14 day trial first.

But, every time I try to install 14 day trial in the marketplace, I’m returned to my Zendesk Guide page without any changes.

And the selected theme cannot be found in my theme library.

Can you please guide me what’s the problem?
