Hi,

how can I create myself a report on the following data? (using explore lite)
certain Date, Calling phone numbers, how long in queue before hanging up.

I cant find the right options. Help appreciated.

Hey David,

You won't be able to create custom Explore queries while on the Lite plan. You'd need to at least upgrade to Explore Professional or Enterprise. More information on what's available on your plan here: Comparing Explore plans to Insights
