Hi! I am an agent using Zendesk for my company and I've had an issue getting my profile image to look crisp and not blurry and squished. I kept uploading different images and they all were blurry and unclear. I tried changing the format to JPEG and resizing it to various pixel sizes ranging from 50x50 to 800x800. After working with a Zendesk support agent for almost an hour and resizing the image 10 different times to 10 different sizes ranging from 1KB to 200KB, the image still would not look right. The reason I want to use this image is because it was a professional image taken by a professional photographer for work related use. I have the same image on my google/gmail profile for work and it looks beautiful and crisp! So my feature suggestion is that I would love an increase the size of the photos you accept and the quality of photo you can accept. I was told it was 100 KB. Either that or do whatever google does to make images look crisp when used as a tiny profile picture. Thank you !

I found your chat ticket from earlier, and responded there with some images that should work better (for anyone else reading this, you need to make sure the images you upload are square as if they're in a "portrait" (or "landscape") aspect ratio, Zendesk will squish them so they're square.
