Hello all: our org has begun having issues with tickets on which the assignee is in a private group. Previously requesters and followers/cc's could see them; starting today, that is no longer the case. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so do you have any suggestions for how to work around the problem?

I can see here that the ticket assigned to one of our Tier 2 is still investigating the concern. We will be reaching out to the assignee internally so you'll not get behind on what's happening at the backend.
