Hi

I am trying to get some data to show the number of NEW tickets created between certain time parameters. In my use case I am looking for :

The number of New tickets created between 8pm and 8am each day. 

The visual only needs to show the last 7 days.

Any ideas or support will be welcome.

This help article should be a pretty helpful resource for you. You'll just need to adjust the formula for the custom attribute the article highlights to match the exact hours and days of the week you'd like to filter for.

For Step 11, you could select this newly created attribute and apply it as a filter for your Explore query instead so you only see the number of Tickets created during 8am and 8pm.
