[ARCHIVED] Not receiving any call backs from my Zendesk account manager

What do i do if my account manager doesn't respond back to my tickets ? i have called multiple times to reduce my licenses and change my plan and no one is helping me, when i call the Zendesk support they say my manager is online and all they can do is create another ticket  however I'm not receiving any responses
