to deliver DASHBOARD on a specific recurrence is not possible TO AN INDIVIDUAL USER

i've got this message :

YOU NEED to HAVE at least one group authorized to see this dashboard to deliver it by e-mail 

in my case , i have multiple dashboard which i will need to sent to specific user

ex. in one case user is an ADMIN, which is agent,  part of multiple group, 

DASHBOARD  NEED to go to her specifically Not to any other members (agents)  of any group she is part of

Is this something planned

Good news - we are planning to address this limitation in Q2. You will then be able to schedule dashboards to be sent to individuals,

I second this request.  This is huge need for us to be able to send to select individuals since our Support Group encompasses a larger set of users who do not need this delivered.

Hi Vincent, 

Just checking in on this. We're now in Q2. Do you have more of an ETA on when this will come into fruition? Desperately need this option for our client to be able to send reports to specific users who are agents in Zendesk, as well as those who are non-agents and external to the ZD.

Thank you for reaching out.

We unfortunately had to re-prioritise some activities in Q2. While I fully understand that scheduling with individuals (inside / outside Zendesk) is critical, we had to postpone this development to later this year. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Can't wait to see this be implemented. Creating groups to deliver reports will bloat our current (purposefully made) list of groups with extra, unnecessary items.

Would like to add my voice to this; we use Zendesk to manage requests from both vendors and internal customers as end-users, since this means they are receiving updates for many tickets, it would be tremendously useful to send high-volume users a "digest" of pending tickets for them without sending individual pings per update/solved ticket.

Right now, I need to create a mirrored group for each agent to send out individual KPIs. This is not scalable.

We email Good Data reports to external partners and internal colleagues who do not have zendesk accounts and need this ability in Explore.  Thank you for adding it soon!

Agreed - it would be good if we can do this for specific people without bloating our groups as they've been carefully made around triggers. :)

Dear all - short update on our progress. We are planning a phased approach:

  • later this year, you will be able to email dashboard schedules with Support groups and/or Support agents
  • next year, we'll be adding the ability to email dashboard schedules with individuals who do not have access to Support.

Hi Luis, Christopher, we'll soon start the project that will enable you to schedule dashboard emails with Support groups and/or individual Support agents. We should be able to confirm the availability timeline within a couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience

Do you have a plan when the possibility to send dashboard to 'Agent' only ? 

We are planning to send dashboard for Agent from insight for the moment but we would like to know when it will be available in Explore.
