I have asked your technical support and its been almost 4 days not getting positive response from you support team. Most options are not showing after even buying the professional plan.

Can you please follow up with your support team on this. As I am unable to hear any positive thing about the account. It is crucial to understand the significance of each day for my business. I have all the necessary preparations and setups in place, but the current chat situation has brought my business to a standstill.
