Good Morning. 

I hope that someone can assist with a perculiar issue we are experiencing. 

We have enable it so that customers who Live Chat with us are able to continue there conversations in WhatsApp. However, when you choose to migrate from Live Chat to WhatsApp the customer does not see any previous parts of the conversation. 

I will include an image of what is seen by the customer. 


None of the initial conversation had with the agent is visible to the customer despite the message saying i am continuing my conversation. 

In addition to this, if a customer visits Live Chat and immediately chooses to use whatsapp they are not greeted by our Bot in any way, despite the Bot being connected to both messaging and WhatsApp in the setting page. 

The bot operates fine on all other messaging scenarios.
