I'm wanting to export my files with the aim of importing it into a marketing crm. Contacts and notes are two different sheets when you export them. If I want to import them to my crm, how do you match up Contacts with the notes? Is that a merge done prior to importing? Zendesk offered no solution. Maybe someone here to help me?
