Hi there,

A couple of minutes ago I tried to change the subdomain from our instance (From beagleboxxhelp.zendesk.com to brightfish-support.zendesk.com). But for some reason I am now unable to login. We've got SSO enabled on our instance, but i've enabled password logins and verified that logging in without SSO worked on the old domain, but now it redirects me to SSO when logging in with an username + password combination.

Can you please help me?

I see you submitted a ticket with our Customer Care team and it looks like the issue has now been resolved.
