Hello, we are having the issue that Instagram replies do not show the image/video that is being replied to. As an Instagram business, we run primarily on IG stories and the content replied to is the content that we sell. Many other similar solutions have implemented this and show the content on the ticket.
We hasn't zendesk done this? It would simplify a lot the operations of tons of users.
