How do I actually talk to someone who can help me? Does anyone know? I am locked into my current account because the prior year when I wanted to change my account and cancel, I couldn't connect with anyone in the proper timeframe and was stuck in another year. Now I was able to contact someone and work on changing my plan prior to the 30 days before the end of my plan year, but for some reason the renewal team is unable to handle this, has rejected it once (not within the timeframe because they are months behind) and now my contact who was is trying to fix this is not responding to emails and while we were "trialing" the new plan until they got their renewal done, that is now gone as well. I guess if you want to pay less, they don't respond so that you are stuck in a higher paying plan. And now - since clearly they don't want to support users here - I am stuck until next May/June as that is apparently the only time I can make changed. If anyone has a way to contact corporate or anyone that can help with account  issues, please let me know.
