We use a third party company to handle the majority of our helpdesk tickets. I would like to capture data from this third party system and integrate it into my Explore Dashboards. I know I can get the data from the third party, but I just don't see a way to integrate or pull that data into the dashboards. Is this on the roadmap or is there a way to pull third party data into Explore?
