I'm trying to cancel your service for the last three months, you have take from my account 3 x 200 USD which I don't accept.

I've open a ticket #11252022 you've ignored everything I wrote there and close the ticket.

I WANT YOU TO CLOSE MY ZENDESK, and start answering your clients.

We wanted to remove a seat from our account. This needs to be done via a support ticket (there's a page where you can configure how many seats you want, but you can't provide a number lower than the current one). I opened a ticket (#11357724) for this on the 23rd of March. No movement since, though I asked about it repeatedly.

We really like Zendesk Sell, it's a great product, but doing this during cancelations or downgrades (which is not at all an infrequent thing, people come and go) needlessly erodes our trust. I really want to hope that this is only some temporary issue with the billing system that Zendesk will soon resolve, and self-service downgrades/cancelations will be available, and not a deliberate act of keeping people paying for something they explicitly expressed they don't want to use.
