[ARCHIVED] I am not able to access zendesk guide

I created a 15 day trial zendesk account. But everytime I open zendesk guide, it fails to load and gives me an error. Can someone please look into this error?

Hey Mitali,

A trial will only last for 14 days so you'd need to create a new trial or purchase a plan. Are you still able to access your Support account?

The 14 day trial account has not expired yet, but still I am facing the same error.I am not able to access zendesk guide

Canyou please confirm if this error is still impacting you. If so I'd like to ensure you're granted more time or another trial to utilize so you can properly work with Guide in your Zendesk Trial.

I checked it today and there are 2 days left for the trial to end, but this error is still impacting me.
