Is there a way to get faster response in contacting the Zendesk team. We have a billing issue to downgrade a subscription. They already got an approval from the owner to downgrade. We only get back and forth communication with their support team but get stuck once they advise that an Account Executive will reach out, but no one has ever contacting us. This has been ongoing since September and got no resolution yet. 

The phone support to contact sales is always unavailable. We are now thinking cancelling our entire Zendesk because of this.

My business had the same issue - we're just before the migration to using Zendesk and we need our API limits increased - I contacted Zendesk repeatedly but to no avail...

I was able to track down the ticket you have open with our Sales rep and I've bumped up the priority of your ticket see see if we can expedite this request.
