I use Help Center API V2 to create articles. But I got error with next text: service is temporarily unavailable because of concurrent update. Maybe you know about reasons? Could you please recommend solution for this case?

      Hi Мария! I was taking a look through our logs and it looks like you may be running a script to accomplish this, as I am seeing very rapid attempts to hit this endpoint. Could you share what you're looking to do here and what your full payload looks like?

      Hi Greg!

      I try to copy guide from one environment to other. I have 1 Category, 2 Sections and 4 Articles. But I try to copy all articles in parallel after Category and Sections creation. Maybe it's a problem?
