 We currently use ZenDesk here at Cobra Trading. Our internal font size is at 9, which is VERY small when you're using 4 monitors and you have to sit a little further back than normal. Would you consider allowing users to adjust the font size of the chat windows?

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for sharing your question. Currently, we only have the ability to set a custom font but not the size itself: https://api.zopim.com/files/meshim/widget/controllers/liveChatAPI/Theme-js.html#$zopim.livechat.theme.setFontConfig

    If you want to change the size of the font or the footprint of the widget itself, I would recommend looking at building a custom widget using the Web SDK: https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/

    I concur with the above comment for different reasons. The font is very small on the platform and can be hard to read
