So, I have been trying to get Account Support from Justin our Sales Rep for the last six weeks to no avail. Additionally, my Accounting Department is wondering why we don't have a new Invoice for this year's Zendesk subscription. Seeing as Justin hasn't responded, seeing that there is no new invoice available in Account Management, and seeing that I can find no easy way to talk with a human at Zendesk, I am resorting to the very obnoxious public post. Please do not hate me and do not call me a "Karen" I am acknowledging up front that this is the most obnoxious way to do this, and normally I would not do this, but I don't see any other way to get Zendesk to respond. Zendesk, do you care about your customers???

I'm sorry your running into issues with contacting your Sales rep! I totally understand your frustration and don't blame you for posting about your frustrations here. Do you have a ticket open with your account manager that I can take a look at or is this in a private email thread? What sort of questions do you have regarding your account? Do you not see your current invoice under the Admin Center>Billing>Invoices ? More information here: Managing invoices
