We have more than 400 articles in Guide and we would like to extract everything for us to do an inventory. However, Zendesk has no feature to extract these articles so we have to do it manually. Extracting each article one-by-one, it causes us too much time to do it.
Also, we would like to extract the content cues. Is there a way to do it?
We would like to suggest if Zendesk could have a button to download these articles with no hassle. This is really helpful for us since we have so many things to do and it will save us so much time.
