I think you should be able to configure this in: Chart configuration -> Display format-> Edit datatips->Select an element to add.

Hi Vladimir, 

Thank you for the tip. I do see the data tip when I hover over the chart. What I would like to do is to show these data tips/labels on each pie sector constantly. Please see the screenshot for reference. I would need it mainly when I need to export the chart and there are many elements. It would be easier to read the chart if each pie sector has its value and label on it, instead of trying to read the legend and locate the element on the chart. 

I guess it would be like Sunburst (showing element names) but showing also the values. E.g Return request, 4%.

In that case you would need to uncheck the 'Display color legend' box in the 'Displayed values' section. The screenshot below captures how the filters are configured in my query. This is the closest I can do. 
Also, it pulls the actual tag as the pie chart is sliced by tag. I hope this helps.
