Hello Product Team,

Jayme O'Brien and I went through the Explore reports today and as I understand it, it will replace Insights/GoodData at some stage. I currently use the reporting tools to show how may tickets per org are submitted and the efficiency statistics for each org. I send them to the Org management teams weekly and monthly, to show them how efficiently we are at managing their tickets. We will need this functionality moving forward. Can you tell me if this can be added to the roadmap for Explore?

Hi Stassa,

We are currently working on the possibility to share live dashboards with public / password-protected links, which will enable stakeholders w/o a Support seat to access dashboards. I can't commit to an exact availability timeline, but we're looking at an EAP in Q3.

We'll then be adding the possibility to schedule dashboard exports with individual Support agents, followed by the possibility to schedule dashboard exports with stakeholders w/o a Support seat.

What about stakeholders with a seat?  Clients (end-users)?  Is that also included in the dashboard share or are Explore reports being made visible to end-users?

Looking for this same functionality.  How can I share a Dashboard with a client to show organizational performance stats for that client?
