It was suggested that I add here a use case for the option to create combine datasets from the default options. 

Here is what I was looking for: 

Is there a recipe for comparing satisfaction scores to achieved/breached SLA tickets? In other words, are the CSAT scores different for tickets that achieved vs breached their SLA (first reply time in business hours)?
