[ARCHIVED] Error: The unique request identifier was reused

Unable to sign in using JWT SSO
After generating a jwt and redirecting to <our_subdomain>/access/jwt?jwt=<generated_jwt> I get an error: "The unique request identifier was reused. Please fix this and try again."
However, every time before redirecting, I save this unique request identifier in order to make sure that it is not repeated, see attachment (jti in the left column):
