Our team has been reporting and trying to contact Zendesk CS several times, we even had a call with a specialist and showed all the email issues but no one could fix it so far.
We can not change any email or add punctuation that it messes with the entire email text, Zendesk automatically changes the order of the phrases or duplicates words or phrases, or add something totally unrelated to what we are trying to write.
We rely on it to send emails and due to this issue, we have to send all the emails outside of the platform. The emails are totally broken, you can not use a template and try to change any word in it, and you can not write a single phrase without having it change the text order.
I don't know how many more times we will need to reach out to you guys to have our problem solved.
