The Knowledge Capture app doesn't work for us, but we want to be able to see how our Help Center is doing in terms of what are the most popular articles, what people look at before submitting a ticket, which articles have been updated and how frequently, etc.

I understand there's google analytics but why can't we have it in Explore where we have everything else?

The Explore team is looking to expand on the Guide datasets and offer more reporting options, (for example, they are looking right now at adding Team Publishing data in the near future), but a specific ETA these type of metrics is not something we can offer at this time.

Hi @Patrick Bosmans, any chance you have any updates on this? It has been a few years and with the sunset of Insights, it would certainly be a good time to start pushing this data to Explore.

Thank you!

Hey Hope,

We currently have a Guide Knowledge Base reporting early access program that I encourage you to sign up for. This will help you discover how many page views and votes that articles in your knowledge base are receiving.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
