We are on the Classic Chat Widget, not Messaging. One of our chat agents is experiencing some freezing during a chat.
- The chat tab is open but is not immediately responsive to mouse clicks.
- When switching chat tabs, the new tab shows active but the previous chat takes a minute to load.
- When clicked, the text box will not respond immediately, then after it does the text types everything backward.
