[ARCHIVED] Cannot login into Zendesk as agent

Every time I try to log in using my credentials, I only see the end-user view. When I click "log in as agent" it takes me to a page where I must login with my google account. However, this does not work and it gives me an error message reading: "Unable to sign in with your google account." There is no other option for me to sign in once I get to this page. What can I do?

Hey Ramin,

I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Care team can look into your account with you. We may need to see if the email address matches what's set up on your Support account and collect some additional information from you.
