Your bot just keep giving me the same question when i select to select cancel subscription.
And any tickets sent through does not give me any replies after 5 working days...
further tickets sent are also ignored. What says a Support ticketing system when their own systems does not work.

Upon review, I can see that you have reached out on ticket# 11673056 last July 2, 2023, stating that you would want to downgrade your subscription. You have then reached out on another ticket# 11688057 where our Sales team has informed you that we require a 30-day notice of cancellation prior to your renewal date per the terms of our Main Services Agreement. If you can provide an email copy of the notice sent 30 days prior to Aug 3, 2023, we can review further your request. Per our Main Services Agreement:
Per checking, your next annual renewal date will be on Aug 3, 2023. Unfortunately, since the notice cancellation was only done last Friday, we can only cancel the account on Aug 3, 2024. This would mean your account will be renewed and billed for another period. Kindly confirm and acknowledge.
