Hi there, I work for a Company call Rewind. We specialize in backing up cloud applications. We're working on an app that will backup Triggers and Automations. Our app will:
- Automatically store a copy of your triggers and automation outside of Zendesk
- Back up every night and maintain complete version history
- Enable you to go back one by one (ie a single Trigger) or in bulk (ie restore all Triggers and Automations to a previous point in time).
I have talked to many Zendesk Admins who do this manually, keeping a record of what they've changed in case they need to revert the changes in the future. We hope to make the protection and day-to-day management of Triggers and Automations much easier with our new app!
