Hello, since start of this year 2021 there is new chat funcionality, the chat is automatically popping up by the first visit of our e-shop. We haven´t change anything in settings regarding to popping up the chat (just changed the welcoming text in chat). Is it some innovation from zen desk? It is annoying for our customers. How can we stop it? Is there any funcionality for stopping that in settings? I haven´t found anything. Thanks in advance.
