Hello Zendesk Team,

I hope you're doing well. I am writing to request assistance with an issue we're currently experiencing on our Zendesk platform. We have noticed that one of our assignees has been receiving numerous duplicate messages and notifications whenever there's a ticket update.

It's worth noting that our configuration settings haven't been modified since 2019, so we're curious as to what might be causing this recent problem. Could you please investigate the matter or direct us to an available agent who can help us troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
