My support tickets have been consistently receiving no responses for multiple days.
The responses keep asking for information I have already given so no progress happens even when I do get a response.
This is terrible customer support for issues that affect the core of our customer support flows.
There is no "escalate" option available.
We have started looking for alternatives.
