Hello,

My support tickets have been consistently receiving no responses for multiple days.

The responses keep asking for information I have already given so no progress happens even when I do get a response.

This is terrible customer support for issues that affect the core of our customer support flows.

There is no "escalate" option available.

We have started looking for alternatives.

Hey Jake, thanks for taking the time to report this to us! I checked on your ticket and it looks like our Customer Care team followed up with you yesterday. Your ticket has now been escalated to our Senior Support Engineering team and they will be following up with you soon.
