Hi Zendesk Product Team,
My team and I crucially need the ability to send reports (not dashboards) to non agent users. We have customer managers of end users that would like to see metrics and be able to pivot on them in a CSV/Excel format and we'd like to use the email scheduling feature to send these out. While email scheduling to end user's works terrifically with dashboards, it only allows emailing of a PDF. Our managers need CSV's/Excel format documents which are only available in report email scheduling. Finally, it looks like the ability to add end user emails in report email scheduling 'almost works' as when you enter an email you get a pop-up to 'add email' but after you click that the email disappears.
Hoping you can look into adding this functionality as it would be a huge win for our team and the product.
