How am I able to request a new account manager ? I am very dissatisfied with current service from my account manager Lauren H. After meeting she does not seem to remember details about what we discussed and failed to mention that we needed to make contract changes 30 days prior to the renewal date after I expressed to her that I definitely wanted to make changes to the account before renewal during the meeting. 

Now it seems I am stuck with pricing and services that I don't want or need. 

I don't get the feeling that this person knows what we are looking for or really cares to go out of her way since she already has us trapped inside the current terms. 

Account Manager Lauren:

"Are you still looking to bring another department under Zendesk?  That would definitely help us with building out pricing models, but as of now with your current pricing structure there is nothing we can do as it is inside the 30 day window for renewals and is an MSA violation.  I do not have time to discuss this week but we can schedule something for early next week... would Monday or Wednesday work better for you?"

This is not something we can handle publicly in the community. Please look for an email from someone at Zendesk early next week.
