I am trying to connect my org's Gmail to Zendesk. Emails are coming in just fine, but I can't get emails to go out, either from our domain, or the ".zendesk.com" domain.
I've verified forwarding, SPF, and DNS.
I'm now receiving this message:
"Unable to receive emails from this address. We can't connect to your Gmail account because your account has had too many connection requests."
I don't see any tips about resolving this, or posts elsewhere on these forums surrounding this specific message. This is a bit urgent, it is stopping us from being able to utilize the ticketing system entirely.
