[ARCHIVE] How to make a ticket field value a link or clickable?

How to make a ticket field value  a link or clickable?

Like pic below, we have some fields filled with users account or transaction id, our agent have to copy & paste it to another website to get further information, which is ineffective.

It would be much more effective if we can make it a link and jump to another website when clicked.

 

Is there any solutions?
