[ARCHIVE] Customize request received email title

We use Zendesk for our client support. When someone sends an support email to us the first thing that is triggered is a Request Received email that is sent to the sender. 
I want to customize the title of the this email but cannot find a way to do this. The Request Received email that sender receives is sent from the email address support@xxxxxx.zendesk.com, and has the title iPoster Sessions, see attached screenshot. 
I want to change the title from iPoster Sessions to something client specific, how do I do that? Even better would be if the Request Received email was sent from the support address that we use for the client and not from support@xxxxxx.zendesk.com, is that possible?

 Hi Christer,

  Wrt the e-mail title you can change it from the trigger rule that kicks-in to send e-mail notif upon a request reception.  Here's where to find it:

 

  If you're not sure which rule comes into play then you can check it out directly from the ticket by clicking on "Show all events" button, then search for "Email notification".

  As for outbound e-mail addr, you can create different Support addrs and choose one as default, the following articles will help you getting this done: Here and here.  However, seems like what you're looking for would be better addressed by this solution.
